CommOptix has designed a wireless communication technology that connects the Dispatch Center to our web-based application, which then links to the wireless LED signboards via the Cloud. The CommOptix Firehouse Alerting System is often described by our customers as a pre-alert system, delivering critical messages in just 200 milliseconds from the moment they are sent from dispatch.

Our customized software for each department creates a single vendor product connected to the CAD system, ensuring your leased space on the Cloud is directly tied to your signboards. Be sure to check with your State Fire Marshal's Office regarding its consideration as a secondary communication method in your ISO scoring, particularly for Mass Notification Alerting.

CommOptix software comes pre-installed in state-of-the-art wireless LED signboards designed at our facility in Charlotte, North Carolina, and they are ready for immediate use. 

Once they arrive at your facility, these attractive, lightweight signboards are simple to install, allowing you to effectively create and deploy your emergency alert system quickly.

Each signboard measures 40” x 12” x 2.5” and weighs about 15 lbs. They use Wi-Fi for network communication and come with a 6' power cord (25' optional), making them easy to mount nearly anywhere in your facility.
